Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

We aim to process orders within 2 business days. 

We try our best to prepare your orders and send them out as soon as possible. Orders can only be shipped during working days and hours. If you place your order before 1pm it will be processed and shipped that day. Orders placed on a Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday will be processed by the warehouse on the following Monday. Please note shipping only takes place on business days. 

During holiday and promotional periods, shipment and processing times may be slightly longer than usual.

We hope our valued customers might note that Waltons Irish Music does not represent courier companies, and as much as we hope for parcels to arrive on time, parcels can suffer delays beyond our control. However, please rest assured we’re on your side and will help in any way we can. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated on a per order basis and displayed at checkout. Please note, shipping charges are set by our shipping partners and vary by service chosen.

Shipment to P.O. boxes

We want to make ordering as stress-free as possible. To avoid any issues with your shipment, Waltons Irish Music advises customers not to ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive an email confirming your order details shortly after placing your order. Once it has been processed by the warehouse, you will receive a subsequent email including your tracking information. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear once an order has left our location.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Waltons Irish Music is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs charges. 


We strive for the best quality and hope you will never receive a faulty or damaged item. However, no one is perfect so we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible! 

If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as you receive your order. We will happily guide you through the process of resolving the issue. For quality control and verification purposes, we ask that you contact the team via email with images of the damage so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Please do not ship back any items before you contact our customer service team, we want to make the process as easy as possible for you.
